The Visual Communication Industry Group, VCI-Group, will host the next VCIG Live! event on Thursday, July 18th, 2013 at 1:00 PM ET and will examine the importance and impact of the visual communications end user experience. The panel will also explore how to improve the end user experience to help with end user adoption and the corresponding return on investment. This interactive session will focus on how internal and external service providers of videoconferencing can improve the end user experience from both the on-site and back-end processes when using videoconferencing and other collaborative tools. This panel brings over fifty years experience in improving the end user video collaborating experience and improving adoption.


The panel of experts includes Brad Wigginton, Team Leader, Video and Telepresence Operations for GE, Karl Hantho, Videxio-President Americas, Theo Economides, Greenline Emeritus Consulting-Lecture and Consultant, Dr. Tamela Smith Western Kentucky University- Manager Interactive Video Services. Vidtel Vice President of Sales and former industry analyst and talk show host JD Vaughn will moderate the event.


The primary responsibility of the VCI-Group is to provide members inside information, education and valuable insight on tough topics and the organization believes the end user experience is as important as the technology, implementation and end user training.
